Customer Experience Has a New Champion at BloodHub!

To preserve, nurture and grow these vital relationships, we are pleased to announce that Billie Johnson has joined our team as Vice President, Customer Experience. With over 25 years in the blood industry, Billie has developed a deep understanding of blood operations. Blood Center executives regularly rely on Billie’s expertise to deliver great customer experiences and execute on growth. Now, BloodHub will do the same.
